N.Korea Chief Of General Staff Expresses Disappointment Over U.S. Military Threat

PYONGYANG, Dec 5 (NNN-KCNA) – Pak Jong Chon, chief of the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army, of North Korea (DPRK), said, he was disappointed to hear U.S. President, Donald Trump’s remarks on Tuesday, in which Trump said he may use armed forces against the DPRK.

“I heard that the U.S. president made undesirable remarks about the DPRK on Dec 3, during the NATO summit in Britain,” he said.

North Korea: Kim supervises latest weapons test

PYONGYANG, Nov 29 (NNN-AGENCIES) - North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un supervised Thursday’s test of what it called a “super-large multiple launch rocket system”, Pyongyang’s state media said Friday, hinting that it could be the last in that series.

Pyongyang fired what South Korea described as “unidentified projectiles” on Thursday, as nuclear talks between the North and the United States remain deadlocked.

DPRK Not Interested In Summit With U.S. That Brings Nothing To Pyongyang

PYONGYANG, Nov 19 (NNN-KCNA) – An official of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), said, Pyongyang was no longer interested in another DPRK-U.S. summit, that “brings nothing” to his country.

In a statement, Kim Kye Gwan, adviser to the DPRK’s Foreign Ministry, said, he learned that, U.S. President, Donald Trump, called for another DPRK-U.S. summit.

Trump addressed DPRK top leader, Kim Jong Un, saying, “I am the only one who can get you where you have to be. You should act quickly, get the deal done. See you soon!”

Europeans urge strict sanctions enforcement on North Korea

UNITED NATIONS, Oct 9 (NNN-AGENCIES) — European members of the UN Security Council called for the strict enforcement of international sanctions against North Korea, after a closed-door meeting prompted by Pyongyang’s latest missile test.

“International sanctions must remain in place and be fully and strictly enforced,” they said in a statement read by French ambassador Nicolas Riviere.

Joining France in the statement was Belgium, Germany, Poland and Britain as well as Estonia, which becomes a council member in January.

Fate of future DPRK-U.S. dialogue depends on U.S. attitude: DPRK

PYONGYANG, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) -- The Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) said on Sunday that the fate of future DPRK-U.S. dialogue depends on Washington.

In a statement by the spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry, the DPRK blamed the United States for the failure of the recent working-level talks in Sweden and said it has no intention for further negotiations unless Washington changes its "hostile policy."

N.Korea says to hold nuclear talks with US on Saturday
