MINSK, June 27. /TASS/: Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, speaking in the wake of the latest events in Russia, has called for avoiding demands for not terminating the criminal case over calls for an armed mutiny.

MINSK, June 27. /TASS/: Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said that the attempted mutiny by the private military company Wagner will give an opportunity to the West to hit at the sore spots in Russia and Belarus.

"Let’s face the worst - that we are in for hard times," he said, the BelTA news agency reported.

Western officials are sure to draw certain conclusions from Wagner’s march on Moscow, the president said.

"They will coordinate their work, focus and hit at the sorest spots," Lukashenko said.

MINSK, June 25. /TASS/: Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has held telephone talks with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, and Kazakhstan’s first President Nursultan Nazarbayev, the BelTA news agency said on Sunday, citing Lukashenko’s press service.

According to the agency, Lukashenko spoke with Putin in the morning. In the second half of the day, Nazarbayev had a phone call with Nazarbayev to discuss the international situation and the situation in the region, as well as bilateral relations.

"I have met with people playing an important role in this, who make radical, drastic and final decisions in the event of an `if’,’" Lukashenko said. "What they fear most is a nuclear disaster, and they have been sincere about this. They are afraid of using nuclear weapons in Ukraine. It’s only natural," he added.

June 14 (Reuters) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said his country has started taking delivery of Russian tactical nuclear weapons, some of which he said were three times more powerful than the atomic bombs the US dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.

The deployment is Moscow's first move of such warheads - shorter-range less powerful nuclear weapons that could potentially be used on the battlefield - outside Russia since the fall of the Soviet Union.

MINSK, June 4 (NNN-XINHUA) — About 200 charging stations run by Belarusian oil company Belorusneft will be modified to adapt to Chinese electric vehicles by the end of 2023, a senior manager of the company said.

They account for about 30 percent of all existing charging stations of Belorusneft in the country, said Deputy General Director for Construction, General Matters and Ideological Work of Belorusneft Andrey Kotik.

Kotik noted that there is a trend in Belarus for an increase in auto supplies from China, a global leader in electric vehicle technologies.
