Net recharge remains big problem in lockdown

KANPUR: There is a complete lockdown as the residents stay inside the house. What they fail to obtain is the net pack for mobile. The shops are not open so a large number of mobile recharge seekers hanker from one place to another. As they don't have the facility for the online system, they look out for the shops set up along the roads.

Strangely enough, those who use the online system are also bemoaning the absence of fresh recharge service. This is so because they don't have money in their bank accounts which are not fully updated. The paucity of money in the bank accounts for them to recharge the mobile hinders recharging. This is a fact of the online beneficiaries.

It suggests that both types of mobile users suffer at this critical time. In case the net pack begins to finish they try their best to recharge the mobile set. However, online or offline consumers find no way of recharging the net. One consumer stated that the consumers were suffering due to this practical truth.
