Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced Cow Minister, a new portfolio in his ministry, to serve the cow better.
According to The Indian Minister, “Chouhan made the announcement in Khajuraho where a function to give awards to gaushalas was organised. The announcement comes days before the model code of conduct kicks-in the poll-bound state”.
Chouhan was mocked last year when he made a statement in US saying his state’s roads are better than American roads.
