India: Special operation’s goals in Ukraine to be achieved — Security Council’s secretary

Nikolay Patrushev

NEW DELHI, March 29. /TASS/: All declared goals of the special military operation will be achieved despite increasing military assistance to Ukraine from the West, the secretary of Russia’s Security Council, Nikolay Patrushev, said at a meeting with his counterparts from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s member-countries in New Delhi on Wednesday.

"Despite the steadily growing military support for Ukraine from the United States and other Western nations all declared goals of the special military operation will certainly be achieved. We will bring about the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine and ensure Russia’s territorial integrity and the security of our population," Patrushev said.

He pointed out that the SCO member-states were well familiar with the concrete manifestations of destructive actions by Western countries: interference in the internal affairs of sovereign countries and their policies of unilateral sanctions and restrictive measures. In his opinion the most vivid example of the Americans and their satellites’ pursuit of world hegemony is the crisis in Ukraine they have provoked.

"Ukrainian military servicemen are being actively trained on the territory of NATO states. About 50 countries that make up the so-called Ramstein coalition are involved in the armed conflict on the side of the Kiev regime," Patrushev pointed out.

He stressed that it was extremely important for the SCO member-states to preserve their own customs and traditions, to uphold universal human values and to prevent destructive manifestations of Western policies.
