India: Muslim girls feel safe under BJP government: Modi

Kanpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Muslim girls feel safe under the administration of the Yogi Adityanath led government here on Monday.

Showing the confidence, he remarked Holi would be celebrated in U P on March 10.

Blasting the Opposition parties like the Congress and the Samajwadi Party, the PM stated that the "Parivaarwadis" would be defeated once more by the people of Uttar Pradesh in this assembly elections.

"When they keep shifting their allies, how will they serve the people of Uttar Pradesh? Earlier governments ravaged the people of the state. If they had their way, they would have made Kanpur & other such areas in the state a 'mafiaganj' mohalla," he expanded.

He further said now the 'mafiagiri' was counting its last breath and implored the public to stay alert as the 'parivaarvadi' want to give power to these mafias again

In an apparent allusion to the hijab controversy, the Prime Minister stated, "Muslim girls in Uttar Pradesh feel protected under the BJP's administration."

He urged every eligible voters to cast votes in record numbers in order to strengthen the democratic carnival.
