The proposed scheme of a visitors' gallery and the pavilion project at the Old Directors pavilion is reportedly approved by the Smart City Ltd.

The stadium is going to host India-New Zealand test match in November.

Notably, this international cricket match will be held at the Green Park Stadium after five long years.

The cricket teams of India and New Zealand will play a test match at this ground between Nov 25 and 29.
