India: Students set extraordinary example of assistance

Kanpur: As the online classes have been started, a few students joined the classes with some of the books.

Those students got full cooperation from their classmates in the class. The students said it was peculiar for them. "Our classmates usually do not share books and notes but this time they showed their large-heartedness", reacted the class students.

As most of the schools running by other boards prefer textbooks prepared by private publications, their prices remain higher than the NCERT books.

It is quite unfathomable why do other boards not prescribing NCERT books for classes up to the 8th standard?

If we take the example of a mathematics textbook for class 8 it remains fairly costly, what to say of other books, said a lot of parents.

Parents maintained help comes only when one needs it badly.
