KANPUR: Waterlogged roads are not scant in Jajmau area here. As rains have occurring time and again, the water-filled spots have been propped up in abundance.
The road users are already troubled with the slippery roads during the monsoon. The long-standing problem of water-logging on pot-holed roads have heightened their misery to an intense level.
On one spot the wide appeared quite narrower owing to stagnant water on both the sides. There was appearing only a thin dry patch of the road which remained in use to pass. So many spots were presenting such a bad spectacle. The scooty drivers were found to be too cautious in moving on the slippery waterlogged road.
Though rains, as people said, have rendered enough comfort, unbearable water-logging has brought another suffering to them. The clouds are looking ready to rainwater.
