Kanpur: Humble-hearted police officers like ADG Prem Prakash has directed the subordinates at different police stations and the office to bring in use the wooden long plate with words like 'May I help you' for the people seeking help in trouble.
He made it clear that the police officials should maintain humble attitude with the victims as this would enhance the police image. In his directives he instructed them to maintain complete description on the day and night duty charge.
He also instructed to maintain an visiting people entry register with their details. In case of sudden inspection any complaint in regard to police wrong behaviour will strongly dealt with. If his directives were not complied with the police officials will have to face action.
