KANPUR: A pall of gloom pervaded at a family in Bhabha Nagar area after the news of Khusbu’s death reached there. She became a victim of the careless driving in Chakeri area on Friday.
According to the reports, the NGO employee Khusbu Rathore aged about 21 years was on way to Maharajpur along with her friend. She was occupying her seat on the motorbike. As they reached near Ramadevi crossing, one car driver suddenly opened the vehicle’s one door. This resulted in the sudden fall of the young woman on the road. But the disaster was awaiting her. A truck approaching from the rear side hit the bike severely thereby trampling her badly. She died on the spot.
Seeing this tragic accident the people sitting in the car fled away. The police sent the body for the post-mortem and informed of the accident to the family consisting of Suresh, mother Radha, brothers Himanshu & Manish.
