Experts praise PM for highlighting Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir issue

ISLAMABAD, Jul 23 (APP): Prime Minister Imran Khan Tuesday dismissed the notion of any nuclear war between Pakistan and India, saying his country would give up its weapons, if its eastern neighbour did the same.

In an interview with the Fox News, the Prime Minister responded in affirmative when asked “If India said we would give up nuclear weapons, would Pakistan?

“Yes, because nuclear war is not an option. And between Pakistan and India, the idea of nuclear war is actually self-destruction, because we have two and a half thousand-mile border.

PM Imran US visit to help protect national interests : Firdous

Pakistan gov files new graft case against former prez Zardari

Islamabad, Jul 19 (PTI) Pakistan's anti-graft body on Friday filed a new case of corruption against former president Asif Ali Zardari for allegedly being involved in transfer of billions of rupees to a company, co-owned by him and his son Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, through fake bank accounts.

According to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Zardari, who is also the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman, had acquired Karachi-based real estate firm Park Lane Estate Company (Pvt) Ltd illegally through a front man in 1989.

PAKISTAN: Firdous advises opposition to return looted wealth

ISLAMABAD, Jul 19 (APP): Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan Friday said that there was no possibility of any deal with the opposition facing corruption charges till they return the national wealth.

Pakistan to grant consular access to Indian 'terrorist' Kulbushan

Islamabad, Jul 19 (PTI) Pakistan will grant consular access to Indian national Kulbushan Jadhav according to the Pakistani laws, for which the modalities are being worked out, the Foreign Ministry has said.

The ministry also said that Jadhav had been informed of his rights under the Vienna Convention on consular relations.

"Pursuant to the decision of the ICJ, Commander Kulbushan Jadhav has been informed of his rights under Article 36, Paragraph 1(b) of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
