The PPC announced that ten prisoners at Ramon Prison had contracted a skin disease, expressing concerns that it may spread among other prisoners if medical treatment is not given.

JERUSALEM (AP) — A Palestinian assailant opened fire at an Israeli military checkpoint in the West Bank on Saturday before being shot and killed, Israeli police said. Elsewhere in the occupied territory, settlers rampaged through a Palestinian village, hurling stones, spraying bullets and setting fire to homes, the latest in a series of settler attacks this week.

The Palestinian gunman approached Israeli troops stationed at the Qalandiya checkpoint outside Jerusalem early in the morning, pulled out an M16 rifle and opened fire, the Israeli police said.

Druze Clash With Israeli Police In Golan Heights Over Wind Farm Construction

JERUSALEM, Jun 22 (NNN-MA’AN) – Thousands of Druze clashed with Israeli police in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights yesterday, during a demonstration against the construction of a wind farm in the area.

At least two protesters were critically injured, according to a statement released by Israel’s Magen David Adom rescue service. The Israeli police said in a statement that, about a dozen police officers were lightly injured during the clashes. Five protesters have been arrested.

China's Geely launches new version of EV model Geometry C in Israel

JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli forces killed a Palestinian man in fighting in the occupied West Bank, Palestinian officials said as the death toll from clashes earlier in the city of Jenin rose to six. The fatalities were the latest in a surge of violence that has wracked the region.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said late Monday that 21-year-old Zakaria al-Zaoul was shot in the head in the town of Husan, west of Bethlehem. The official Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that he was killed during clashes with the military.
