Germany's domestic intelligence agency says a group of neo-Nazis compiled a list of political opponents and ordered 200 body bags and quicklime in preparation for a potential collapse of state order, named "Day X."

BRATSK /Irkutsk Region/, June 30. /TASS/: The damages inflicted on the agriculture in the flood-affected areas of the Russian region of Irkutsk amount approximately to 300 million rubles ($4.740 million), Deputy Minister of Agriculture Maxim Uvaidov said.

LAMPEDUSA, Sicily (AP) — The German captain of a humanitarian rescue ship with 40 migrants aboard has been arrested after she rammed her vessel into an Italian border police motorboat while docking at a tiny Mediterranean island Saturday in defiance of Italy’s anti-migrant interior minister.

Jeering onlookers shouted “handcuffs, handcuffs” as Carola Rackete, the 31-year-old captain, was escorted off the boat at Lampedusa, which is closer to north Africa than to the Italian mainland.

Spokesman Christian Lüth told French news agency AFP that he believed "political reasons" were behind the decision.

"We had repeatedly confirmed the reservation," he added. "There will be legal action."

29 June 2019; DW: Sea-Watch 3 entered the Italian port of Lampedusa without authorization early Saturday following a two-week standoff between the charity ship's captain and Italian authorities.

German captain Carola Rackete was arrested as the boat docked with 40 migrants remaining on board, spokesman Ruben Neugebauer told Agence France-Presse. Television footage showed a heavy security presence at the port and police escorting 31-year-old Rackete off the vessel.

29 June 2019; DW: The European Union announced that its INSTEX mechanism to facilitate trade with Iran was up and running on Friday.

"France, Germany, and the United Kingdom informed participants that INSTEX had been made operational and available to all EU member states, and that the first transactions are being processed," said an EU statement.

VIENNA, June 28. /TASS/: The remaining parties to the Iran nuclear deal are not looking to impose anti-Iranian sanctions in response to its reduction of commitments under the deal, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Friday.

The Joint Commission of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) met on Friday in Vienna ahead of the expiration date of the 60-day deadline set by Tehran for other parties to the deal.

IRKUTSK, June 29. /TASS/: Over 1,000 residential houses were affected by floods in the town of Tulun in the Irkutsk region in Russia's eastern Siberia, the town's emergencies service told TASS on Saturday.

Earlier reports said that over 870 residential houses were affected, along with over 1,170 residents.

"Over 1,000 houses," the emergencies service said in a response to a question on how many houses were affected by the floods.

The service added that evacuation of people from the affected area continues.
