Mau (UP), Nov 14 (PTI) A teenage girl was allegedly raped by three men in a village in the Ghosi area here, police said on Thursday.
The incident took place on November 8, they said, adding that the 17-year-old girl had gone to her field when the three men of the same village allegedly raped her.
The family members of the girl alleged that they had approached the police with a complaint on the day of the incident itself, but the latter did not register an FIR.
Additional Superintendent of Police Shailendra Kumar said a probe is on in the matter and the police are looking for the accused, who are absconding.
