SINGAPORE, Dec. 31 (Xinhua) -- Singapore reported 835 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the total tally to 2,202,214.
A total of 89 cases are currently warded in hospitals, with three of them held in intensive care units, according to statistics released by the Ministry of Health.
No new deaths from COVID-19 were reported on Saturday, keeping the total death toll unchanged at 1,711.
