Dr Shah Faisal, a 2009 batch IAS topper from Kashmir, resigned after serving Gov of India for 20 years. He was in Delhi and being interviewed by Punya Prasun, a very prominent journalist, when it was forcibly stopped by the hotel security. This is as far as the freedom of speech goes in India at the moment.
