Wedding resolves families' tension

KANPUR:  The police handed a certificate of marriage with the beloved’s number on it to them. “She’s married,” said the SHO, Sachendi police station on Sunday. As the girl was absolutely not ready to leave her lover despite several-time admonitions by the father, the police officer thought it saner to bring the parents of both the adults on the negotiating table at the police station.

It has also been reported that both the lovebirds had already registered of their marriage through the Arya Samaj system in March 2018. When the families came to know of their covert marriage they clearly declared they were not going to accept such kind of matrimony.

This caused tension to the lover and the beloved as well. As they had been maintaining their love secretly for the past eight years, they were completely unprepared to leave each other.

Therefore when the girl’s father, a village farmer, scolded her for initiating such relation, the girl directly reached the lover’s place. Further enraged with this development the girl’s father approached the police station.

Taking the matter into his consideration, the police station officer almost bowed before the power of love politely and forgave them for their anti-parental conduct. He found the whole matter laughingly serious but not surprising, as parents have come up to him for action.

He without wasting more time called Panditji for conducting the required ceremonial rites at the wedding. Thus, the lovers’ assertion to live together was solved and families were relieved of the altercation forever. This was a new feeling.
