Make a mini "Tesla coil"

That's probably a lot of fun to play with! Build some of your projects to play with. With a 3-turns primary coil and a 256-turns secondary coil, using a 9-volt battery, looks like you would be getting close to 768 volts (nominal) out of your high-voltage transformer. Lights those fluorescent lights pretty well, anyway. COOL! If you get ambitious later and increase the turns ratio of your transformer (where the time-consuming part of building this is), you might get some cool sparks from that little 9-volt battery. Of course, you can also shock the crap out of yourself if you accidentally touch the transformer output wires.
