Kanpur: Though the sun shines glowingly up above so high in the sky, the chilly weather still persists with the cloudy 6-degree minimum temperature. The chilliness is not wholly on the verge of departure. It seems to stay the 29 days of the ongoing month.
What has been predicted by the experts looks not out of the way. The icy winds blowing above the normal speed are making people shudder. Fresh snowfall in hilly regions has extended stay of winter cold for a little longer.
As tradition goes the weather takes a turn after the Basant Panchami, the change is not visible in so far. The minimum temperature also validated this reality.
When people were approached for comments on the weather, they also made it clear that coldness was still not out. We did not find immediate relaxation from the biting cold condition though the little boys were attending the school in accordance with the changed time.
