Ramesh Dahiya, an Assistant Comissioner of Polce in Delhi, has been booked for alleged rape of a woman and molesting her daughter.
According to The Indian Express, “woman had alleged that she came in contact with Dahiya when he was posted as Station House Officer (SHO)”.
Woman alleged that Dahiya raped her. She also alleged that he molested her minor daughter when she was not at home.
“A case of rape and POCSO Act was registered against Ramesh Dahiya on Wednesday and the investigation is transferred to the Crime Branch”, reported The Indian Express quoting a police officer.
